Corrections Policy

Last updated: September 2026

We want The Ontario Seniors Hub to be accurate and useful. This policy covers how to report an error in any part of the Site — a directory listing, a guide article, or an entry in our Vitamins & Nutrients reference — and how we handle these reports.

Vitamins & Nutrients reports get priority review

Our Vitamins & Nutrients reference is an educational summary and has not been individually verified against an authoritative clinical source. We rely heavily on reader reports to catch and fix errors here, and we take these reports seriously. See our Medical Disclaimer for more.

How to report an error

Email us at citylinks4u@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Please tell us which page or entry is affected and, where possible, include a source (such as a nutrition reference, the RHRA register, or a business's own website) supporting the correction.

How corrections are handled

Directory listings — such as a retirement community's license status, address, or contact information — are corrected once we can confirm the change, typically against the original government or business source. Vitamins & Nutrients corrections are cross-checked where possible before an entry is updated. Guide articles are corrected or updated as needed once an error is confirmed.

What we can't do

We can correct information on this Site. We cannot provide personalized medical, legal, or financial advice about your own situation — for supplement or nutrition questions, please contact a pharmacist, dietitian, or physician directly; for a specific retirement community, please contact that community or the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority directly.

Response time

We aim to review correction reports as promptly as possible, generally within a few business days.
